This Privacy Policy (hereinafter: the Rules) describes what personal data we collect, how we process it and for what purposes we use it, as well as your rights related to your data.

(hereinafter: "Županić consulting" or "we") processes personal data of users of its services and visitors to the site www.zupanic-consulting.hr in accordance with applicable regulations governing the protection of personal data (General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679).

We respect your privacy and process personal data fairly and lawfully, solely on the basis of valid legal grounds, or in accordance with your consent to further processing.

2. Ways and purposes of personal data processing

Promotional messages

Access to the website is free and does not require registration. If you want to receive promotional messages about our products and services, you can choose to simply register your e-mail address in the web form, without the need to register. You can opt out of receiving promotional messages at any time by selecting the offered withdrawal option in the received promotional message.

Surveys

Through surveys and questionnaires, we collect information about your satisfaction with our products and other useful information to tailor it to your needs and for the purpose of promoting public relations. The results of the conducted surveys or questionnaires are exclusively summary and anonymous. To participate in surveys or questionnaires, you apply with your e-mail address via the web form.

Promotional games and rewarding style competitions

We occasionally organise prize rewarding style games and other competitions. We process personal data that we collect in this way exclusively for the purpose of realizing the prize game, ie competition (eg publishing the name of the winner to contact the winner, delivery of the prize, etc.). To participate in the prize game or competition, we need your name, surname, e-mail, contact phone number and address for delivery of the prize. If necessary, we may request additional information that will be defined by the rules of the prize draw or competition (eg account number).

We will delete the collected data after 12 months from the date of announcement of the winner. If you have agreed to receive promotional messages on the sweepstakes or contest application form, you can opt out of receiving promotional messages at any time by selecting the offered withdrawal option in the received promotional message.

Contacting

If you contact us with your inquiries, we process the data you provide to us to provide you requested information. After answering your query, we will delete the submitted data.

Personal data necessary to resolve a complaint about a product are kept for 24 months from the date of receipt in regulations with consumer rights.

Open job applications

The data you send us through open job applications are processed exclusively for the purpose of performing the selection procedure for employment, and are kept for two years.

3. Personal data collectors

Županić consulting will forward your personal data to other parties exclusively on the basis of a legal obligation, ie a justified request of an authorised public body (eg courts).

If necessary, personal data will be passed on to reliable partners (processors) for the purpose of providing customer support, maintaining an information system, market research or similar needs with mandatory confidentiality and data protection measures.

4. Protection of personal data

We process the collected personal data with the obligatory application of appropriate legal, technical and organizational security measures in order to prevent any unauthorized processing of data. Access to your personal information is limited to those employees who need that information to provide our services. We continuously educate our employees about the importance of data confidentiality and the protection of privacy and protection of your data. We collect only those data that are necessary for the subject processing and do not keep them longer than necessary, ie determined by legal regulations.

You can request information from us about the processing of your personal data at any time and request your following rights:

deletion of personal data (if there are no justifiable reasons for keeping the data)
